Hello and Happy New Year!!
We have decided to regularly post blogs on our website (or atleast get back in the habit of doing so!)
As many of you will know, we have a theme every month for our classes. All focusing on a variety of intentions, strengths and body parts. We then practice this class/theme for whole month meaning we really focus on our monthly intention.
For the month of January we are looking at a class plan that focuses on Leg Strength and Mobility.
January is a time for new beginnings, trying new things etc. Think about the huge increase in Gym Memberships when the new year approaches, Veganuary, Dry-January… just to name a few!
We wanted to incorporate this theme of “new year, new me” into our class plan with a strong flow to get those Holiday bodies moving and sweating, but one that can be easily adapted to all the wonderful Yoga newbies who will join us in January.
During the Holiday season we find ourselves doing lots of sitting, eating too much, drinking too much, and just generally more laziness than we might be used to, so we are ready to kick start the new year with our new class and flow on leg strength and stability!
